Good crabs. However, they have the absolute worst bartenders I've ever seen. They rush around and do absolutely NOTHING. With 15 seats and waitresses who make most of their own drinks you would think 2 bartenders would be able to handle it. Apparently here that is not at all the case. We are in no hurry to ever come back if we have to sit at the bar again.
This restaurant was amazing. I really enjoyed it. I have not had Maryland Blue Crabs that had such a great taste in a long while. Thanks to my friend Bryan.V I now know where to bring my friends. A must try DELICIOUS!!!
My wife likes steamed crabs I like crab legs the salad bar is always fresh and the sea food is always good fresh out of the steamer I would prefer some crab legs specials that offer 2 pounds of legs and shrimp and coleslaw also maybe with ribs
Stopped in on a whim and ordered the Fried Clams appetizers, having never eaten here before. I grew up in New England, so any seafood has to impress me...Wow!!! By far the best fried clams I've ever had! Mouthwatering, melt-in-your-mouth, buttery goodness with delicious batter and dipping tarter!
We had a FANTASTIC crab dinner at Rube's. I have not been back to my home area for a long time and needed a Blue Crab Fix badly. We called ahead to see if we could bring our new Labrador Retriever puppies with us as they had a deck/patio area. We explained they were four months old but but great table manners, etc. The owner said only if she was allowed to pet them. We warned her of the puppy teeth and she was well familiar with that (Actually Pirate, the black, demonstrated their sharpness to her). The were well behaved and the staff as well as many patrons loved them. A+ for atmosphere and staff courtesy. Now to the food....Fantastic! We each had the all you can eat and the crabs were done to perfection. There was also the salad bar that put me into a quandary. I had planned to only eat crabs but the soups...beef noodle AND crab were amazing. They even had pickled eggs. Our server, Marta, was an angel. I can't remember a nicer dinner all the way around and we will defiantly return.
