I tried to get FTD to let me send them photos. At first FTD & The Little Flower Shop wanted to pick up flowers & redo. My response was simple. How could I trust them & I will be glad to have flowers waiting for them on doorstep. I demanded a full refund! FTD wouldn't give me name of shop, luckily their card was included. FTD will also get this same review.
I will never order from them again! So unprofessional... How hard is it to make a phone call to your clients to keep them updated about the order?
I ordered flowers online to be delivered on a Saturday. I found out that they are not open on Saturdays but you can still place an order to be delivered on that day. So to me that says they still deliver, but just aren't open in the shop.... NOPE! Not open means no deliveries either. They should really fix that on their website. It is 4 days later (2 business days) and still no flowers. I have called them twice and left one voicemail and have not heard anything back.
Ordered 2 arrangements they were delivered when we requested and they looked amazing. They only do delivery but everything is on the website to see.

First let me say that The Little Flower is not open on Saturday's and Sunday's for we spend those days with family. Promises made by others in our name are not promises made by The Little Flower. We are family owned and operated and take pride in all that we do and in helping make others happy.
Update: They never called me back after I left a message but I called again and they explained to me that they were not leaving flowers on people's porches because of the weather. Which I appreciate, I just wish there was a little more communication with my order. Also, I told them that I picked deliver on Saturday but they said they are not open on Saturday so I am still confused as to why that is an option for a delivery day. One lady said that it would be delivered TODAY between 12 and 3.

They were not delivered yesterday (like promised on the phone). They FINALLY got the flowers delivered today, after I showed up to the business to ask for my money back.
Negative Star! Beware ordering online. FTD screwed up next Saturday delivery & sent 4 days late. Upgraded order from middle grade to best grade. What was received however was worst grade. Promised to be delivered after 3 pm. Flowers were left at 1:30pm on doorstep in winter (March)!
